## Building a POS Application That Better Understands the Needs of SMEs Running a business is not just about recording how many products were sold today. Behind every transaction, there are many things that need to be managed properly — stock levels, product replenishment, goods receiving, inventory movement, and reports that help business owners understand how their business is performing. From these everyday needs, we started developing the **BitSpark Point of Sale (POS)** application. Our goal is to build a POS system that goes beyond simply processing payments. The application is designed to help business owners manage their daily operations through one organized, practical, and easy-to-use system. Through the dashboard, business owners can quickly see an overview of their sales performance. At the same time, daily activities such as cashier transactions, product management, purchasing, goods receiving, warehouse management, inventory control, and reporting can all be handled within the same system. Some of the modules currently available include **Point of Sale, Sales History, Product Master, Purchase Request, Purchase Receipt, Inventory, Warehouse, Stock Movement, Stock Valuation, Cashier Closing, as well as various sales and operational reports**. Throughout the development process, we place user needs at the center of every decision. The interface is designed to be as simple and practical as possible, making it comfortable to use for everyday activities by both cashiers and business owners. We understand that every business has its own way of working and its own unique needs. That is why the development of this application does not stop here. We will continue improving the system and adding new features based on real needs and feedback from businesses in the field. Our goal is simple: **to help business owners keep their records more organized, understand the condition of their business more quickly, and have more time to focus on growing their business.** Because technology should make running a business easier, not more complicated.

Virtual Data Assistant is an intelligent chatbot capable of understanding natural language questions and delivering information according to user needs. This assistant can retrieve, process, analyze, and present data based on integrated data sources and defined skills. As a result, the responses provided are more relevant, accurate, and grounded in up-to-date data, thereby minimizing factually incorrect answers or “hallucinations.” To ensure security, each skill is equipped with clear rules and constraints, including which data may be accessed, which actions are permitted, and which actions are prohibited. Access rights can also be adjusted according to each user’s role and authority. Sensitive actions, such as modifying or deleting data, must go through a validation and confirmation process beforehand. All critical activities may also be recorded in an audit log to ensure they can be monitored and traced easily. With these mechanisms in place, the behavior of the Virtual Data Assistant remains safe, controlled, and well-governed. Its capabilities can be continuously expanded by adding new skills in accordance with organizational needs, without compromising data security, accuracy, or confidentiality.
