When you submit the contact form, we process the details you provide to respond to your inquiry.
Purpose and retention
Technical logs support security, content performance measurement, and traffic-source analysis. Visitor logs are retained for a limited period and automatically deleted after the configured retention period. Contact inquiries are kept as needed for communication and business follow-up.
Sharing and protection
Bitspark does not sell visitor data. Analytics access is restricted to administrators. Information may be processed by hosting or email providers required to operate the service.
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish legitimate users from automated activity. Google may process technical device and interaction information under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
